COMMISSIONERS' ORDINANCE NO. O-5-93

AN ORDINANCE READOPTING THE CITY OF COVINGTON CODE, 1984 EDITION, INCLUDING THE 1984 S-1 SUPPLEMENT, 1985 S-2 SUPPLEMENT, 1986 S-3 SUPPLEMENT, 1988 S-4 SUPPLEMENT, 1989 S-5, S-5A, S-5 REPLACEMENT AND S-5A REPLACEMENT SUPPLEMENT,.THE 1990 S-6 SUPPLEMENT, THE 1991 S-7 SUPPLEMENT, THE 1992 S-8 SUPPLEMENT, THE 1992 S-8A SUPPLEMENT AND THE 1992 S-8B SUPPLEMENT.

WHEREAS, Burlington Publishing Systems of Florence, Kentucky, has completed the 1992 S-8B Supplement to the City of Covington Code of Ordinances, 1984 edition, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement.

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Mayor and Board of Commissioners to accept these updated sections to the City of Covington Code, 1984 edition, including the previous supplements from 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF COVINGTON, KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

Section 1

That the City of Covington Code, 1984 edition, including the 1984 S-1 Supplement, 1985 S-2 Supplement, 1986 S-3 Supplement, 1988 S-4 Supplement, 1989 S-5, S-5A, S-5 Replacement and S-5A Replacement Supplement, 1990 S-6 Supplement, 1991 S-7 Supplement, 1992 S-8 Supplement, the 1992 S-8A Supplement and 1992 S-8B Supplement and is hereby readopted.

Section 2

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force when passed, published and recorded according to law.
