COMMISSIONERS’ ORDINANCE NO. O-13-15

AN ORDINANCE READOPTING THE CITY OF COVINGTON CODE OF ORDINANCES, 1984 EDITION, TO INCLUDE THE 2015 S-26 SUPPLEMENT AND ALL PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED SUPPLEMENTS.

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the 2015 S-26 Supplement to the City of Covington Code of Ordinances, 1984 edition, which contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement; and

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Mayor and Commissioners to accept these updated sections as part of the City of Covington Code of Ordinances, 1984 edition, including previous supplements.

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF COVINGTON, KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

Section 1

That the City of Covington Code of Ordinances, 1984 edition, is hereby readopted to include the 2015 S-26 Supplement and all previously adopted supplements.

Section 2

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force when passed, published and recorded according to law.
