COMMISSIONERS’ ORDINANCE NO. O-14-10

AN ORDINANCE READOPTING THE CITY OF COVINGTON CODE, TO INCLUDE THE 2010 S-19 SUPPLEMENT AND ALL PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED SUPPLEMENTS.

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the 2009 S-18 Supplement to the City of Covington Code of Ordinances, will be working on the 2010 S-19 Supplement to the City of Covington Code of Ordinances, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement; and

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Mayor and Commissioners to accept these updated sections to the City of Covington Code, including previous supplements through June, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF COVINGTON, KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

Section 1

That the City of Covington Code, is hereby readopted to include the 2010 S-19 Supplement and all previously adopted supplements.

Section 2

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force when passed, published and recorded according to law.
