COMMISSIONERS' ORDINANCE NO. O-20-01

AN ORDINANCE READOPTING THE CITY OF COVINGTON CODE, 1984 EDITION, TO INCLUDE THE 2001 S-22 SUPPLEMENT AND ALL PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED SUPPLEMENTS.

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the 2001 S-22 Supplement to the City of Covington Code of Ordinances, 1984 edition, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement; and

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Mayor and Board of Commissioners to accept these updated sections to the City of Covington Code, 1984 edition, including the previous supplements from 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF COVINGTON, KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

Section 1

That the City of Covington Code, 1984 edition, including the 1984 S-1 Supplement, 1985 S-2 Supplement, 1986 S-3 Supplement, 1988 S-4 Supplement, 1989 S-5, S-5A, S-5 Replacement and S-5A Replacement Supplement, 1990 S-6 Supplement, 1991 S-7 Supplement, 1992 S-8, S-8A and S-8B Supplement, 1993 S-9 Supplement, 1994 S-10 Supplement, 1995 S-11 Supplement, 1995 S-12 Supplement, 1996 S-13 Supplement, 1996 S-14 Supplement, 1997 S-15 Supplement, 1997 S-16 Supplement, 1998 S-17 Supplement, 1998 S-18 Supplement, 1999 S-19 Supplement, 1999 S-20 Supplement, 2000 S-21 Supplement and 2001 S-22 Supplement is hereby readopted.

Section 2

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force when passed, published and recorded according to law.
